For organizations, executive coaching is increasingly used as a tool in addition to the ‘on the job’ training, mentoring, and culture-building activities.
The ROI in executive coaching can be as high as 500-700%.
These are provided to selected candidates, but before opting for executive coaching, Jaspal Bajwa has a few crucial pieces of advice:
– Take your own decisions to want to “own your life” and to seek coaching. -The timing to introduce an executive coach has to be right.
– Look at the credentials of a coach before opting for coaching.
