Jaspal dedicates his time to conducting self-awareness and team-building workshops. In his engaging style, he shares his learnings on life and authentic leadership gained through hands-on experience.

In 1976, he volunteered to become the youngest talent scout and in-company trainer at Nestle. Since then, he has had an outstanding track record as a Profit Center Head at Nestle, Bausch & Lomb, Marico and Dr. Reddys. He has always been seen as a role model for enabling organizational vitality. His forte is execution excellence through ‘design-for-success’ interventions in sync with market reality. He has been a relentless champion of customer delight, continuous learning and outside-in benchmarking.

He has enabled teams to drive change-management through an open integrative leadership style which cuts across diverse stakeholder groups. His energy and enthusiasm has been infectious. Not surprisingly, Organization Climate Surveys in all the large matrix organizations that he has headed have consistently showed ‘high engagement’ and a TRIM index at par with the top 10% companies of the world.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, Jaspal has successfully ignited the desire to collaborate seamlessly for organizational success…to nurture future leaders and enable a high ‘Team EQ’. He has personally mentored a large number of professionals over the years.

Jaspal completed his MBA from IIM (Indian Institute of Management) Ahmedabad in 1976. At the undergraduate level he has a B.Sc. in Food Science & Technology. At present, he is enrolled with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to learn more about a holistic sense of well-being through balancing the mind-body-spirit.

He has been an active sports-person right through his school and college years. He captained the field hockey and lawn tennis teams. Painting, cartooning, public speaking, trekking, writing, making 8mm home-movies and the sheer joy of discovering the wonders of the natural world were some of his co-curricular activities .

One of his most enduring interests has been the study of diverse cultures and the origins of civilization. Having worked and lived in most parts of the world, Jaspal has a keen interest in tracing the evolution of human civilization. While celebrating the diversity of cultures, he enjoys discovering the underlying essential unity evident in Nature.

Jaspal considers himself to be a student of life …for life. He looks forward to continuing to learn and to contribute. He revels in sharing his discoveries. Each passing day reaffirms his faith in the deep underlying unity which connects all of us.
